About 30 Years of Pick Swapping - Stories Behind

You know, standing in the first row, you raise your hand, hold your guitar pick in your fingertips and wish to catch the attention of the Guitar Hero in front of you. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
I've got some success stories. Please fill in the gaps or correct me if you remember the gigs (and dates) better. Feel free to comment and share your own pick-related tales.

Ian:

Ian Person / The Soundtrack Of Our Lives , Tavastia 15.12.2008

Fourth time tells the truth! TSOOL has become one of our all time favourites, and again, they filled Tavastia with their rich sounds. This time they played mostly songs from their new album "Communion". OK, some good moments – Ebbott jumping from the stage just beside me - but still the first gig 2001 was the best.

This was also the fourth time I tried to catch Ian's attention in first row, but no dice, this VERY rocker played his Gibson ES-335's so intensively I had no chance for a swap. Anyway, I picked this from the stage floor after the gig (not ending with long waited "Mantra Slider" with Ian's slide intro :-(

OK, I like his true rock'n'roll style, thanks for all good moments during the years.
